Refund/Cancellation Policy

StradEasy reserves the right to cancel or delay services due to unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to breakdown, road conditions, weather conditions.

All effort will be made to contact passengers.

A refund will be provided by StradEasy only if the service you require cannot be delivered within 2 hours of your original booking.

Ferry Delays

StradEasy picks up from 2 ferry locations; in the event that either service is delayed, we are unable to wait for its arrival. StradEasy passengers will be taken on the next available service if requested.

We take the security of our customers’ personal details very seriously. All payments, and payment details, made by persons to StradEasy website will remain confidential. Card and/or payment details will not be sold or passed onto a third party. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.


All fares on StradEasy website are in Australian Dollars. All prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

No concessions apply – StradEasy fares are a “seat” based price.
