How can I ensure I will be guaranteed a seat?
By booking online as far ahead as you can prior to ferry departure – you may need to do so earlier in peak periods.
Do you have concession fares?
No – StradEasy is priced economically “per seat” all fares are the same price for all passengers including children.
When must I book by?
You must book your seat 30 mins prior to your ferry departure.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
If you cancel 24 hours prior to travel you will be given a credit for future travel – cancellation by email – no refunds apply. Changes must be made 1 (one) hour prior to ferry departure.
Can I just “turn up” and get on the shuttle?
To guarantee a seat you must book a seat on the shuttle online prior to your planned travel.
How long is the trip to Point Lookout?
It is approximately 20 minutes.
Where can I travel to with StradEasy?
The shuttle will take you to and from any location between the ferry arrival points and Point Lookout. We do not currently go to Amity Point – we are hoping to expand to Amity in 2019.

Pick up and set down
StradEasy will meet your ferry. The shuttle is easily identified and will be parked nearby
Accomodation/location pick up
You must be outside your accommodation 5 minutes before picking up time that is on your booking confirmation. StradEasy does not wait for passengers as we will miss the ferry connection.
What luggage can I take on the shuttle?
You can take 1 (one) airline size carry-on bag, box, esky, or pram in addition to personal handbag or backpack to be held on your lap – We generally cannot carry, please check prior to travel

Do you have a child seat?
StradEasy shuttle bus has 2 child seat anchors – you are welcome to bring and fit your own child seat which will occupy, and be paid for as a “seat”.
Can I bring my dog?
Pets are permitted if other passengers do not object

Call us and we will make every effort to carry you on the next service.
Do you have group bookings? Can I book all seats on the shuttle?
